SurePleat – Min. In-Line Depth Side Access Filter & Moisture Separator Housing
Surepleat Side Access Filter Housings are minimum depth units designed to accommodate ASHRAE-rated filters 2 in. (standard), 4 in. or 6 in. (optional) in depth. They are factory-assembled flanged units suitable for installation in a duct or next to an air handling unit. As little as 12 in. of in-line depth is required with no need for holding frames or fasteners. Filters are easily serviced through quick-opening access doors. Factory-gasketed channels and doors assure positive sealing. The efficiency of fully-loaded housings is equal to that of the individual filters. Surepleat Housings accommodate filters of different types and efficiencies up to 95% per ASHRAE standard 52.1 dust-spot test methods ASHRAE 52.2 Test Standards.
SureSeal – Two Stage Prefilter and Secondary Side Access Filter Housing
Sureseal Side Access Filter Housings are two-stage units designed to accommodate ASHRAE rated filters 6 in. to 36 in. in depth. They are factory assembled flanged units suitable for installation in a duct or attached to an air handling unit. As little as 22-1/2 in. of in-line depth is required with no need for holding frames or fasteners. Sureseal Housings accommodate prefilters and primary filters of different types and efficiencies. Filters are easily serviced through quick-opening access doors. Factory-gasketed filters, channels and doors assure positive sealing. The efficiency of fully-loaded housings is equal to that of the individual filters.
Sureflo – High Air Volume Low Pressure Drop Side Access Filter Housing
Sureflo V-Bank Side Access Filter Housings are single stage units designed to accommodate 2 in. deep ASHRAE rated filters in a low pressure drop configuration. They are factory-assembled flanged units suitable for installation in a duct or attached to an air handling unit. As little as 27 in. of in line depth is required with no need for holding frames or fasteners. Sureflo Housings accommodate nominal 24 in. x 24 in. and 24 in. x 12 in. face size filters of different types and efficiencies up to 50% per ASHRAE Standard 52.1 dust-spot test methods and ASHRAE 52.2 test standards. Sureflo Housings are available in a wide range of sizes up to 8 ft. high and 12 ft. wide. If large units are not practical to install, smaller units are available with modifications to facilitate stacking.
SureAire – Diffuser Section
Sureaire Diffuser Sections are recommended for use on the positive side of the fan where high velocity or turbulent air flow conditions may occur. Sureaire units are furnished with a diffuser plate which promotes evenly-distributed mixing of the air prior to the air entering the filter system. Diffuser sections are factory-assembled flanged units suitable for installation in a duct upstream of a Sureseal housing or attached to an air handling unit. Units have a maximum in-line depth of 12 in. and incorporate 1-1/2 in. standing flanges on both air entering and air leaving sides of the unit.
PF-1 – Holding Frame
The PF-1 Pureframe® filter holding frame is a building block for built-up filter banks when incorporating ASHRAE rated air filters. It is designed to provide a high degree of sealing integrity while incorporating versatility in applications and accessibility in installation and service.
K-Trac – Modular Front Load Filter Framing System
K-Trac Filter Framing Modules are used for ASHRAE rated filters 2 in. to 36 in. in depth. K-Trac Modules are complete factory-designed units which replace multiple field-erected holding frames. They also provide inherent structural strength and leak-proof assembly that is sometimes lacking in frame-type installations. K-Trac framing members are factory-cut to length, pre-drilled and gasketed for easy and quick assembly. Simple tools and light labor are all that is required. Filters are easily inserted or removed and require no clips or fasteners. Filters are angled into the upper track, and then set into the lower track.

Using Dwyer's simple, frictionless Magnehelic® movement, it quickly indicates low air or non-corrosive gas pressures either positive, negative (vacuum) or differential. The design resists shock, vibration and over-pressures. No manometer fluid to evaporate, freeze or cause toxic or leveling problems.
