Custom Air Handler
Units are 10,000 CFM panel seal large room size air handlers designed and fabricated to your specifications. Flanders offers units in four styles: UniSeal, PanelSeal, Critical Applications and Custom. Each unit offers multiple options to provide the perfect air handler to fit all of you industry needs and requirements.
Interceptor Series
The Interceptor Critical Application Air Handler utilizes Flanders HEPA and Gas Phase Filtration to combat the threats from industrial accidents or other hostile particulate and gas intrusion. Each Project will be custom designed with the customers’ specific environmental threat concerns being addressed. Filter Monitoring Devices, Dampers, Bag/in-Bag/out are just a few of the accessories available for these systems.
Protector Series
The Protector Critical Application Air Handler utilizes Flanders HEPA and Gas Phase Filtration to combat the threats from industrial accidents or other hostile particulate and gas intrusion. In the event of power outage these air handlers are equipped with standby emergency power generation to keep the units functional during extreme situations. Each Project is custom designed for the project's specific environmental threat. All emergency power operation concerns are also addressed.

Fan Pack II
The air cleaner is a unitary industrial type, furnished as a side access housing, containing stage(s) of particulate air filter, ultraviolet light system, and/or gas-phase sorbent media, complete with integral blower and motor sized to deliver the air volume as specified. They are available in 14 -single and multi-stage filtration component configurations to solve a wide variety of air pollution problems. They are used to remove nuisance or hazardous airborne contaminants from manufacturing processes, laboratory environments, isolation rooms, and a host of other areas.
Fan Pack III
A fully self-contained Gasket Seal industrial grade air cleaning system designed for precise control of particulate, gas-phase and bio-aerosol contaminants for any combinatory from process or ambient air. Units can be installed as ducted systems or without ductwork to remove fugitive airborne contaminants. The following options are available: seam welded, insulation, gages, and hang bases. They are available in galvanized, stainless steel or painted finish with custom colors available upon request.
Fan Pack IV

Scrubber
Chemical media bulk-fill scrubbers are designed for gas-phase filtration in refineries, chemical plants, and pulp and paper mills. Complete packaged scrubbers are used extensively for the protection of process computers, electronic equipment, and in some cases for odor control. The Air Seal Scrubber offers a range of sizes, bed depths, and construction materials not found in most. With Air Seal’s scrubbers you have choices that allow you to create a more flexible system design.
UPS 797 Mini-Isolator
Flanders offers a mini table top isolator. This 120V isolator cabinet gives smaller pharmacies and facilities the ability to properly adhere to USP 797 without costly facility remodeling or outsourcing. USP 797’s scope applies to health care institutions, pharmacies, physicians practice facilities, and other facilities in which compounded sterile preparations are prepared, stored, and dispensed.
Transfer Cart
The Pharmaceutical Industry utilizes transfer carts to move product between filing lines and other areas utilized in the production of Modern Medicine. These carts are custom designed for each facility with the basic elements of unilateral air flow, HEPA filtration, Aseptic Design Practices and others being incorporated. Flanders Transfer Carts are custom to each facility and require support, guidance and direction from both the customer and Flanders to develop the UDR (User Design Requirements). Items will range from materials of construction to temperature control units. A comprehensive design and submittal process will be delivered for each finished transfer cart.
Glovebox
Flanders Glovebox and other process enclosures are designed to allow one to manipulate objects where a separate atmosphere is desired. We are committed to delivering a high quality product that meets the customer’s requirements. Stainless steel construction with a material traceability is our specialty. A variety of surface finishes are available. Flanders operates under an NQA-1 Nuclear Quality Assurance Program. This is important in that your Glovebox will be designed, manufactured, inspected and tested under the same strict requirements as the units being built for the Nuclear Industry.
Glovebox / Isolator
As each customer is unique, we believe that each Glovebox / Isolator is unique also. An extensive Design and Review Process is integrated into each Order. Solid Modeling Design aids the end user in the ability to study the size, placement and ergonomics of each device prior to manufacturing. This ability places the user’s needs at the forefront of each unit. Special material of fabrication, coatings, finishes and ancillary devices are common to our production facility. Flanders stands ready to research, design, specify and manufacture to the exacting demands of each unit application.
